Refund Policy

If guest cancels more than 60 days prior to the start of the reserved week, the security deposit and any rental fee paid will be refunded in full. If guest cancels less than 60 days prior to the start of the reserved week, the security deposit will be refunded, any rental fees paid will be refunded only if we are able to rent your reserved week(s) to another prospective guest. Upon receiving your request to cancel we will make the property available to other prospective guests.
